2. Wills Park (Alpharetta)|July 4 | fireworks at 9:30

Celebrate our great nation with friends and family under the stars. Come watch a brilliant display of fireworks at dusk at Alpharetta’s Wills Park. Fireworks will commence at approximately 9:30 pm. Grab your own blanket and chairs, pack a picnic snack and enjoy a memorable evening of celebration.

4. Roswell Area Park (Roswell) | July 4 | 6-10pm

Roswell Area Park is hosting a fun-filled event on the evening of the 4th. Come enjoy live music, tons of entertainment, and a diverse array of food trucks. Bring your chairs and blankets to spread out at one of several fireworks viewing areas throughout the park. Fireworks commence at sunset.

5. Cumming Fairgrounds (Cumming)| July 4 | 4-10pm (steam engine parade: 10am; fireworks at dusk)

This exciting evening begins with a parade, followed by a dance contest, food, vendors, a variety of games and much more! No outside food is allowed at the fairgrounds, so come and enjoy all the delicious food being offered at this free, 1 day event.

6. Historic Marietta Square (Marietta) | July 5| celebrations beginning at 10am

The City of Marietta is hosting the Fourth in the Park celebration beginning at 10am on the 4th of July. The day’s celebration begins with the Marietta Freedom Parade that starts at Roswell Street Baptist Church and ends at North Marietta Parkway. The parade features marching units from local bands, civic organizations, beauty pageant queens, scouts, local businesses of all types, and much more. After the parade, come enjoy free music and entertainment, food, arts and crafts, carnival games, and of course a dazzling fireworks display.

7. City Springs (Sandy Springs) | July 4 | 6pm-dusk

Sandy Springs is hosting one of the best 4th of July celebrations around! Come to City Green around 6pm to enjoy the many food trucks available, including vendors such as Que and Two (BBQ), Spice the Americas, Dot Bowl, and many more! Don’t miss The Platinum Band playing at 7pm, followed by a spectacular fireworks display. 

8. Chamblee City Hall (Chamblee) | July 4 | 5-10pm

The city of Chamblee is hosting yet another family-oriented 4th of July celebration, however, this year it’s taking place at a new location, City Hall. (The annual event will NOT be at Keswick Park this year). The Independence Day summer concert and fireworks will take place from 5-10pm on Tuesday. Come take advantage of Chamblee’s new open container district, as well as incredible food and entertainment. A perk- The business district is an easy walk from the Chamblee MARTA Station.

9. Stone Mountain Park | July 1-5 | 10:30am-9pm (attractions) + 9:30 (light show/fireworks)

The Stone Mountain fireworks show has been voted a “Must-See Fireworks Show” by USA Today.
